Order

You may return items within 30 days of delivery if the items are in their original condition, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached, and packaging intact. Please note the following exceptions where returns are not accepted:
- Underwear and Infant Products: For hygiene reasons, opened items cannot be returned. Infant products must remain unopened.
- Washed or Soiled Items: Items that have been washed or soiled cannot be returned.
- Altered Items: Items that have been altered, such as hemmed pants, are not eligible for return.
- Removed Tags: Items with removed or cut tags cannot be returned.
- Damaged Packaging: Items with damaged or non-original packaging cannot be returned.
- Stained or Scented Items: Items stained or scented with makeup, perfume, etc., or missing accessories cannot be returned.
- Exceeded Return Period: Items returned more than 30 days after delivery cannot be accepted.
- Non-ComComcoca Items: Items that are not from ComComcoca or without proof of purchase cannot be returned.
- Infant Health and Safety: To ensure health and safety, infant products not in brand new and unopened condition cannot be returned.
- Overseas Items: Overseas items cannot be returned.
- Resale Purchases: Items purchased for resale purposes (including items suspected to be for resale by ComComcoca) cannot be returned.
- Abuse of Return Service: Excessive or inappropriate use of the return service will result in denial of returns.
Please note that return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. If the return shipping costs are insufficient, the warehouse reserves the right to refuse the return, and you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.

We are unable to change the delivery method, color, size, quantity, or other order details after the order has been placed. Please cancel your order and place a new one.

Our store may cancel your order after payment has been completed (or terminate the contract after it has been concluded) in the following cases.
In this case, you will be deemed to agree to our handling of the matter, regardless of whether we notify you further.- Credit card company review failed
- The personal information provided by the customer contains false information
- Delivery cannot be completed due to reasons such as unknown delivery address, no one signing for the package for a long time, etc.
- When the Company deems it necessary to cancel the order (terminate the sales contract) due to other special reasons

In the following cases, we may cancel your order (or terminate the contract after it has been established) even after payment is completed. In these cases, you agree to this without requiring prior notice from us.
- If it is found that the ordered product has defects, and it becomes unlikely that the product can be arranged. (Our inventory is shared across multiple stores, so products may become low in stock, out of stock, or discontinued without prior notice.)
- If the credit examination by the credit company results in disapproval.
- If false information is found in the customer's personal information.
- If the delivery cannot be completed due to unknown address, long-term absence, etc.
- If we otherwise deem it necessary to cancel the order (or terminate the contract).
What Happens to Your Order
- For Single-Item Orders: The order will be cancelled.
- For Multiple-Item Orders:
- If an item is out of stock, we will cancel the out-of-stock item and ship the remaining items.
- If you prefer, we can cancel the entire order.
