Refund Policy

You may return items within 30 days of delivery if the items are in their original condition, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached, and packaging intact. Please note the following exceptions where returns are not accepted:

  1. Underwear and Infant Products: For hygiene reasons, opened items cannot be returned. Infant products must remain unopened.
  2. Washed or Soiled Items: Items that have been washed or soiled cannot be returned.
  3. Altered Items: Items that have been altered, such as hemmed pants, are not eligible for return.
  4. Removed Tags: Items with removed or cut tags cannot be returned.
  5. Damaged Packaging: Items with damaged or non-original packaging cannot be returned.
  6. Stained or Scented Items: Items stained or scented with makeup, perfume, etc., or missing accessories cannot be returned.
  7. Exceeded Return Period: Items returned more than 30 days after delivery cannot be accepted.
  8. Non-ComComcoca Items: Items that are not from ComComcoca or without proof of purchase cannot be returned.
  9. Infant Health and Safety: To ensure health and safety, infant products not in brand new and unopened condition cannot be returned.
  10. Overseas Items: Overseas items cannot be returned.
  11. Resale Purchases: Items purchased for resale purposes (including items suspected to be for resale by ComComcoca) cannot be returned.
  12. Abuse of Return Service: Excessive or inappropriate use of the return service will result in denial of returns.

Please note that return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. If the return shipping costs are insufficient, the warehouse reserves the right to refuse the return, and you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
